Painting Synopsis:
“Genesis of Gratitude,” reveals how gratitude is the substructure that upholds the highly profitable, pleasurable and passionate life of praise.
As the viewer revels on the intensely ferocious red hue inundating the painting, he is abruptly arrested and entirely consumed by a shear expression of unyielding commitment in the line rendered composer, who, despite a violin bow that might suggest debilitation, primitivity and penury, naturally abides in a restful and peaceful state epitomized by disparate notes of praise ceaselessly gushing from the pores of his being to be expressed by the musical instrument. In the midnight of his quandary, the worshipper has stood courageous, thwarted the odds, birthed a novel rhythm, and duly received renewed strength.
Defined in his Kingdom Lexicon as a daring and bodacious spirit with the capacity to swallow up sickness and banish every evil besetting any human, true praise is the power which splits boulders blocking the course to any Man’s glorious destiny and the force that empowers his faith in God to deliver. In essence, passionate, perennial and persevering praise, thanksgiving and worship are undeniable proofs of authentic faith.
Executed between 2004-2022, the dignity of the subject, the depth of feeling, and the complexity of means within a very limited range imbued in “Genesis of Gratitude make it one of Nya’s incomparable works from his series, “Above the Horizon.”

Poster Theory:
Poster dimensions: 40 x 24 inches (101.6 x 61 cm)
The poster is printed on a minimum of 190gsm paper. Upon printing, the poster is hand finished by the artist with color swatches added to select areas. The artist signature is rendered in gold at the bottom left corner of the custom poster.
Please note that in view of the fact that color and other fine detail graphite marks are added by the artist in select areas of the poster, every poster is unique hence the term “custom poster.”
The poster is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity and a synopsis of the painting printed on parchment and signed by the artist.
Poster Delivery:
Please expect delivery approximately 21 days after purchase. While the last 7 days are for delivery, the initial 14 allows the artist to customize and cure the poster as well as render his signature.
Additional Poster Details:
The custom poster is sold unframed, rolled and carefully packaged in a water and light resistant tube made of a very rigid plastic to protect the precious contents from bending or creasing in transit. The poster also comes with a QR code that directs you to exclusive contents discoursing important themes raised in “Genesis of Gratitude,” as well as interviews with the artist and video excerpts discussing Nya’s architectural abstraction of music instruments in select works from his “Divine Inspiration and “Above the Horizon” series.
